No audio from the video player on iPad

Hi,

I’m a MAX user of Marginnote 4, I use it both on Mac and iPad. Marginnote 4 on iPad is reproducing the videos in the study set without audio. This issue is present also with the video from the study set demo. However I don’t have issue with the audio playing on my MacBook on the MarginNote app.
