Not recognizing “x” and “q”

When I select some words and make it into a mindmap, MarginNote doesn’t recognize certain characters such as “x” and “q” and replaces them with “?” Is this a bug? Does anybody else have a problem with this?

Do you try to open or close OCR all the time?
