On-going Mac license issue keeps getting ignored

Hello Support team, I purchased Marginnote 3 full version back in 2019 and now that I want to purchase MN4 for Mac, I can’t get any discount because it fails to verify my purchase.

Here’s my receipt.
I erased my personal info but left the order # and docu # so you can check.

Please help me ASAP. I have to use MN4 on Mac immediately.

Hello

You purchased the mn3 on the iPad, which cannot be used on the Mac. This upgrade can only be done on the iPad. Upgrade to Pro first and then to Max
