Say you are on page 4 out of a 10 page document. Your page counter looks like:
4 / 11
When you create a fold in a page, it acts as if you split it in two: so the page counter now looks like:
(4) 5 / 11
- (4) - the actual (original counter) page you are on
- 5 - the modified/split page you are on
- 11 - the total modified/split number of pages
Could there also be a number for the original total number of pages? So it would look like:
(4 / 10) 5 / 11
or
(4) 5 / 11 (10)
