Paid License?

Hi,

I have a license for MN3 on my Mac. However, when I launch it, two problems occur:

  1. A statement says that my trial has expired
  2. In order to upgrade “version 2” I need to first download “version 2.7.15”. However, according to the app title, I have version 3

I have the license to prove my purchase. Someone from support, please contact me directly. It’s been several days with no response.

Hello

Is is an App Store purchase, or did you purchase our activation code?

If it is the latter, please go to our official website to download and install the dmg file. Then you can use your code to activate.

The newest version should be 3.7.5.
