safari can’t establish a secure connection when the following reasons happens: Antivirus issue, Technical ivp6 issue, plenty of cookies and cache files, conflict in the security system and in the keychain. If you are not tech-savvy you can follow the above page to recover this issue. You just need to open this page and read the article, then either you do it by your self or you can simply dial the help team.
