Question about Document Notebooks

Hello, I am wondering if anyone knows how to access document notebooks for any PDF/Video I import. Currently, I only have the option to view the document notebooks on one video that I have imported. I attached photos to describe what I mean. I would like to have a document notebook (or multiple ) for every PDF i have

I think you can choose to add a document layer, just like in the picture below. If the difference in our versions prevents you from finding this option, please let me know.TT

same problem ?
I’ve attached the document notebook. When I press the icons in the top right corner of the video, they appear within the video, as shown in the first picture. However, in the second picture, they don’t show up. Could you please explain why i can’t and how I can show it ?
