Hello MarginNote Support Team,
I use MarginNote on my iPad and MacBook at the same time. My usual workflow is to make edits on the iPad, while using the MacBook mainly for a larger screen.
Previously, whenever I modified notes or annotations on the iPad, the changes were automatically reflected on my MacBook with a short delay. However, since recently, those changes no longer sync automatically to the Mac.
Now I have to manually go to Settings → Backup → “Backup Notes Database Only” → AirDrop to MacBook almost every day to see the updated changes on the Mac.
Could you please advise how I can restore the previous behavior—automatic, near real-time syncing from iPad to MacBook? If there is a setting I need to enable, an iCloud/Sync configuration issue, or any troubleshooting steps you recommend, I’d appreciate your guidance.
