Please see attached video. When I try to relocate a group and then rearrange, the group gets kicked back to the far right. I have turned off the option for grouping nodes by document. How can I rearrange by a grid? Thank you!

Well, I am sorry to inform you that currently, MarginNote cannot let you do what you want here due to the tech limitations. If you want to place the two nodes close together, you may use a parent node. Therefore, no matter how MarginNote treats your nodes, the section that you want to be together will always be together.
