I would like to request a feature enhancement for the Highlight tool in MarginNote, particularly in Recall Mode. Currently, when using the Highlight tool, tapping on a hidden area creates a new highlight instead of revealing the hidden content. This behavior interrupts the workflow and adds unnecessary steps.
I propose an improvement where tapping on a hidden area with the Highlight tool active would first reveal the hidden content instead of creating a new highlight. This would align more closely with how similar applications, like Notability, handle such interactions, improving both efficiency and user experience.
This feature would be extremely useful for users who frequently utilize Recall Mode and rely on the Highlight tool for reviewing and editing notes.
