Dear Marginnote Service team,
I forgot to de-activate my license before factory-resetting my macbook.
Please reset my license to register my macs.
I did send this email to [service@marginnote.com] several times by my email address.
I had sent my mail as @cnsh.hs.kr, and an university mail of @sogang.ac.kr.
And I alse sent for that e-mail address with my detailed information.
Could you answer to my previously sent mail?
