shortcut for making new card(child, sibling, parent) is not working after toggle ‘Drag’

So, I have to go switching view mode(only document and with mindmapnote).*after switching view mode , this problem is soloved.

After updating MN, the drag function does not seem to be working.

Is anybody experiencing the same problem with the drag not working in the current version? I have two iPads from two different generations 2018 and 2019, both not working. However, the desktop person is working flawlessly without any issues. Please advise! Thanks
