Sync issues with IPad

Hello, I recently purchased Marginnote 4 MAX and it works well on my mac, but will not sync with my iPad. I have gone through all of the settings and enabled iCloud sync. On the iPad, the documents themselves appear, but none of the annotations, notes, cards, etc. Studysets also do not sync.

When I force a sync, it seems to get stuck on the Sample Review Group

Hello, if your issue hasn’t been resolved, I should point out that iCloud currently has unresolved errors. For now, it would be much healthier to turn to other effective solutions until iCloud is improved. Have a nice day.”
