Hello, I’m currently wondering who to best connect different study sets so that that they work together.
I’m a medical student and right now I have a study set per subject per year but I’d like to have them connect better. I was thinking of consolidating everything into one huge study set but this adds a ridiculous amount of documents to a single study set and makes it very messy and difficult to navigate (especially when a subject can have over 50 notes under it)
I use the dictionary but it’s a hassle to add each one for every new study set and I can’t really connect similar concepts together.
I’d like to know if anyone else has this problem and how they got around this.
Currently, I have unified all the study sets into one large study set. When I need to study the relevant documents, I can just open the corresponding documents in the tab. For each subject, I can create a separate sub-mind map for learning. There are still some deficiencies in the management of the documents within the study set, and I have already provided feedback on the corresponding requirements. Apart from this requirement, do you have any other needs?
Hello, my problem is the sheer amount of files I have. Right now I have set up my study set to be per subject since in my classes each subject can have over 50 PDFs but I’d like to combine them since each subject has overlap. However, when I did this, I found it difficult to find which documents I needed to open in the tab and making mind maps to organize it isn’t really the best option.
I have 27 subjects and with at least 20 PDFs for each one. So in my combined study set, I would have at least a minimum of 540 documents that I’d need to scroll down to just to look for what I want.
I wish I could use the tags or categories to filter documents in a study set. That would be a big help so I could easily find the ones I am looking for or if I want to study a specific subset of my notes.
Thank you very much for your feedback. If you’d like, could you briefly record a video to demonstrate the features you need? We can use it as a reference when optimizing this feature.
I am not sure how I’ll show a video of what I need but I would like the categories under documents to also work in documents of study sets so I could easily find documents in a large study set.
Or just a way to have a sort of organization within the documents of a study set like maybe grouping documents in a folder or something like it so it is easier to manage a large study set which will be useful for learning stuff that has a lot of overlapping topics.
