There is an issue with the syncing of my Mac MN4 and Ipad MN4. The Notebooks and even accounts themselves do not seem to be connected at all. They do not share the notebooks or categories that I make in each account. It recognized though that I bought the subscription on one device(i bought it on IPAD and it reflected on my mac) but it still will not sync? The icloud drive is still connected but other than that there is no shared notebooks in it.
The weird part is I downloaded Margin Note 3 to see if it is the same, it is not! I am able to synch notebooks from MN3 on my ipad to mac and vice versa relatively easier but I would like to use my MN4 since I bought it already.
Please help me. I raised it already in their service account but they stopped replying.
