Hi everyone,
It seems that when I update MN4, it insists on launching into a new loud video, which I can skip. I have been caught out more than once by this, as my laptop suddenly bursts into noise in our shared office. I don’t want to see something that calls out ‘the future of [something] has arrived’ at whatever volume my laptop happens to be at, until I manage to hit the ‘skip’ button.
Is there a way to turn these off permanently? Thanks.
Dear ophiochos,
We extend our heartfelt apologies for the experience you’ve encountered. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
We are earnestly hoping to gather more details from you. Specifically, aside from the initial promotional video settings, could you kindly let us know if any other configurations have been reset? This could include aspects such as the quantity and color options of the pens, as well as the customized settings for excerpts. Understanding these details will be immensely helpful for us in identifying and rectifying the issue promptly.
Once again, thank you for your patience and for bringing this matter to our attention. We are committed to resolving it and ensuring a much smoother and more enjoyable experience for you in the future.
Best regards,
MN Support Team
Hi MN team,
Firstly, this has not happened today when I upgraded, so maybe you’ve already fixed it (thank you!)
What had happened was that I upgraded MN4 on my mac. But I usually add documents on the Mac, then switch to the iPad to read and make notations. On the iPad i change the settings often, but not often on the Mac. So the file had changed on the Mac when this happened, and the settings had changed on the iPad, but they had not changed on the Mac.
does that make sense?
I’m glad to hear that you’re no longer troubled. The settings (such as the brush color) won’t be synchronized with the changes, they are localized. This is normal. If you have any other issues, you are welcome to continue providing feedback to us.
