I’m a new user in the MarginNote 3, and I would like to know where can I get a full tutorial that explains all the features available in the program, specifically on how to build a mind map easily.

I was told a new manual for Margin Note 3 will be released in a couple weeks from now.
For mindmaps, essentially whatever excerpts you highlight on or make a note of, will be automatically added (auto-add is an option to toggle on/off) to the left side canvas, and you can manually drag each excerpt/node to create a mind map with your desired structure.
