Two column recognition in sorting by document location

Hi, When I sort review cards according the document location. Marginnote does not recognize pdfs with two column formatting. Please add the support for the same. Its crucial as most of the pdfs nowadays have two column layout. See attached screenshot

Thanks. Can you also ask to add sorting by outline in review mode? We currently have sort by document, name, text, creation date etc. Why cant we also have sort by outline too?
