Can I get into typing comment directly without typing a title when I create a new excerpt?

Hello

If you create an excerpt, you can directly enter the comments. After your excerpt, on the pop -up toolbar, you can find a button that adds comments

em…actually that excerpt isnt from the document. Instead I type it. So is there any means that if I type a excerpt (or maybe call it note) I can enter the comment directly but not the title?
