I purchased mg3 in full price and upgraded it to mg4 free recently. However, today the app just show me i didn’t unlock full pro version of mg4, and I try free upgrade whole process again, it didn’t work it out. Can somebody please help me figure it out please.

Log in again, back up the data and then reinstall the app, you need to make sure there is an upgrade order for mn4 in the appstore
