My videos open in VLC just fine and they have .mp4 extension but I cannot play them in margin notes 3. The video simply looks blank. I experience this issue with many of lectures I screen recorded and downloaded lecture videos. Some work, some do not. What can I do about this issue?

Hello, at present, MarginNote 3 only supports videos that are supported by the system album, you can play them in the system album to see.
