‘Rect’ is behaving unwantedly when scrolling by hand in a document. It stops when scrolling and reads the text.
The same goes for the other ‘Card Excerpt Tool’ tools.

You hope that when using the Apple Pencil to make excerpts, use the lasso tool, etc., the touch of your finger won’t activate these tools. In that case, do you want your finger to be able to slide through the context? Or do you want the touch of your finger to have no impact on the document at all?
