Why can’t I enter the chinese marginnote website (forum)

https://bbs.marginnote.cn loading never ends.
Is this because any restriction for other countries or site problem.

Yeah man, I use a VPN but I turn it off when I’m working on university work and it was off, and I still could visit the site in Chrome with translation stuff. Cheers.
