Why is that some cards are dead and missing occasionally?

The Document is fully excerpted, but the missing “blank” appears on mindmap.
If I click the blank, it does take me to the excerpt, but still nothing is showing up in the mindmap area. Also, I can’t change the excerpt too. It’s like the excerpt is dead.

Mac has the same issue too.

Is there any relevant excerpt card in the recycle bin?

I actually trashed it all. (Clear bin & Clear temp. storage)
The problem is…I haven’t deleted it directly. I haven’t touched that excerpt ever since I studied.
How would I confirm everything in trashcan, it’s too much time-consuming.
Is it sync-problem?

  1. Yes. I use ipad and mac all the time. Yes, there is document notebook and excerpts on mac too, where the missing excerpts are also the same issue as ipad.
  2. Nope, the latest sync is working fine.
  3. Yes, I emptied the bin, and the issue I found that the excerpts are missing was later on. But no, I haven’t manually deleted those excerpts that are having issues now.
  4. I can’t provide screenshot, as I just deleted the whole issued documents and excerpts, trying to excerpt all over again.
  5. No, it does appear correctly.
