How best to archive MarginNote-annotated files?

Most app users and developers I’ve talked to have said the best way to do this is by creating a “space+hashtag+space” syntax, which works well in other export formats (e.g., OPML, CSV, etc.).

I recognize that no one tool does all things for a user. I use MarginNote to easily make notes on PDFs. But to use that information effectively in my work I need to export the information and import it into other apps, such as Tinderbox (after I first import MarginNote-created files to iThoughts X, and then export them in an OPML format for Tinderbox to use).

the OPML export must contain
1，“space+hashtag+space” syntax which could be recognized by other apps
2，each note has a unique ID like established time
3，URL

any supplement？
